About Your Guide:

Lauren is a Holy Fire III Karuna Reiki Master, sound healer, and INTUITIVE medium. She has been initiated as a shaman in the Q’ero lineage, studied True Body Intelligence as well as Integrated Energy Therapy to gain a deeper into the body's systems. Lauren is based out of the Magic City of Miami.

Originally from NYC and with a background working as a Holistic Health Coach and Chef in the recovery field, Lauren's mission is to help others look within and heal their relationships with the duality that lies inside each of us. Lauren holds a safe, sacred space for change through conversation, energy, and sound healing, as well as lifestyle and spiritual coaching.

She is fiercely committed to doing her own personal work because she knows she can only take her clients as deep and as far as she is willing to go. Lauren is here to assist in the mission of healing duality in the world with a fun and magical twist.
